I founded EMT Holdings almost five years ago. I'm CEO Marcus Treiber, a US Marine Corps veteran with over 25 years of experience in the Department of Defense and Federal markets. At EMT, my goal is to use my experiences in government and business to help EMT and other trusted partner companies grow.

Our Investigative Services Division, under the leadership of President Jennifer Boaz, is actively addressing the substantial backlog of background investigations required in workplaces across the nation, and we're making great strides in this area. Accurate and timely background checks are crucial in today’s workplace for several reasons, including risk mitigation, workplace safety, protecting a company’s reputation, guarding against fraud and theft, or meeting a legal requirement. The EMT team is making a name in the world of background investigations but there is a lot of work to be done!
We are Hiring!
We are currently seeking Background Investigators and record recorders throughout the U.S. If you have experience conducting federal background investigations, we want YOU. We have also coordinated training opportunities for those with limited Background Investigator experience. The next training class starts in July, is 100% virtual, and lasts about 4 weeks. If you have an active TS clearance, this may be just the opportunity to get started on a new career. All of these positions are work from home…we operate 100% virtually!
