Building a Secure Future: Join EMT Holdings' Growing Team of Investigators

Opportunities for Aspiring and Experienced Background Investigators

Hello and Welcome! I'm Jennifer Boaz, President of the Investigative Services Division for EMT Holdings. With over 20 years of experience in the background investigations industry, I've had the privilege of leading our dynamic team in providing top-notch investigative services to both government and business partners. EMT’s Background Investigations Division specializes in field investigations, investigative records retrieval, and business services.

Before joining EMT, I served as the National Director of Independent Contracts and the Investigative Records Branch for Peraton’s Risk Decision Group. My journey in this industry has been deeply rooted in supporting and growing small businesses and the 1099 workforce.

At EMT, we are not just about business—we are about building a supportive and inclusive environment for our investigators. Our new blog series offers insights into the roles of background investigators and independent contractors.

Today, I’m excited to continue this theme by highlighting our ongoing expansion and the opportunities available for both skilled and novice contract investigators. I invite you to read further and explore why you should join our innovative team.

Why Choose EMT?

With the collective talents of our Contract Concierge Team, we offer over 60 years of experience and knowledge to support our investigators:

The Contract Concierge Team is here to ensure that every independent background investigator and every client has a positive experience and receives quality and timely results. EMT’s contract investigators have access to this support team and to a world of exciting and challenging cases, fair compensation, and bonus opportunities.

For newbies, training opportunities are available, and seats are currently open in the next online training class in August. This 100% online training lasts six weeks and will provide new investigators with the skills and knowledge to handle any investigation confidently. Once the classroom portion is completed, newbies are partnered with a seasoned field investigator for two weeks of On-the-Job training and mentorship.  Meekail Shaheed, VP of Training and Recruiting, is your POC for application, registration, and enrollment.
