After earning a Bachelor of Integrative Studies with a specialization in Criminology from George Mason University, Leah embarked on a career marked by progressive leadership roles and a passion for excellence.

Leah’s professional journey commenced with four years as a Field Investigator at USIS and KeyPoint, where meticulous attention to detail and adherence to protocol were paramount. This experience laid a solid foundation for a subsequent seven-year tenure as a Field Manager at KeyPoint Government Solutions, Perspecta, and Peraton, overseeing investigative teams and ensuring operational efficiency.

Demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic acumen, Leah advanced to the role of Regional Senior Manager at Peraton, a position held for 1.5 years, where she managed regional operations and contributed to the development of industry best practices.

In her current role as Director of Contractor Engagement at EMT Holdings, Leah leverages extensive experience to enhance contractor performance and foster impactful relationships with stakeholders.

Residing in Orlando, Florida, Leah balances a dynamic career with a fulfilling personal life, raising two sons and instilling in them the values of integrity and resilience.
