Jennifer Boaz

Jennifer Boaz is President of the Investigative Services Division for EMT Holdings. With over 20 years in the Background Investigative Industry, Jennifer leads the charge in the establishment, oversight, and division operations for EMT Holdings. Her division capabilities include field investigations, investigative record retrieval and operations, and the execution of business services to both the government and business partners.

Prior to EMT Holdings, Jennifer was the National Director of Independent Contracts and the Investigative Records Branch for Peraton’s Risk Decision Group. She brings an excellent, proven track record of success within the small business/1099 workforce, having grown Peraton’s program over eight years to include three successful small-business multilayer partnerships, 1500+ independently owned sole proprietor business relationships, and staff responsibility of more than seventy.

Prior to the selection of National Director, Jennifer served as a Contractor Liaison to the 1099 workforce from 2013-2014 and as a Senior Investigator with both USIS and Peraton (KeyPoint/Perspecta) for the prior 12 years. She has sustained her knowledge and held credentials for her entire career in the BI Industry and is an avid proponent of the contracting workforce remaining in the industry.

Jennifer served with her active-duty Army spouse for 30 years and is the mother of two daughters (and two sons-in-law) and has been married to Frank for more than 33 years. They reside in the mountains of South Carolina with their Irish Wolfhound and Great Dane Doodles, who serve as her personal COOs.

Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree from Queen’s College (Queen’s University of Charlotte) and a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University’s Jack Welch Management Institute with a concentration in Human Resources.

Jennifer Boaz’s entrepreneurial spirit led to her form her consulting company Sky Fury and is what drives her to continue to change the landscape of the BI industry, creating a lasting footprint for the Independent Contracting workforce.
